Spicy Whitebait

    Prep time: 10 minutes | Cooking time: ten mins |Servings: 3

    1 teaspoon red chile flakes 
    1 tablespoon sour cream
    ​4 tablespoons garlic sauce 
    1 pound whitebait
    3 tablespoons butter 
    ½ teaspoon sage 
    1 teaspoon oregano 
    1 teaspoon essential olive oil
    ​½ cup almond flour 
    ¼ cup milk 
    1 egg
    ​½ teaspoon ground ginger 


    Make fillets over the whitebait. Combine the chile flakes, sage, oregano, and ground ginger within a bowl and mix well and stir. Rub the whitebait fillets with all the spice mixture. Let the fish rest for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, beat the egg within the separate bowl and whisk it. Add the milk and flour and stir until smooth. Add the sour cream and stir. Dip the whitebait fillets within the egg mixture. Set pressure to ensure success cooker to ”Pressure” mode. Add the butter into the stress cooker and melt it. Add the whitebait fillets and close pressure cooker. Cook the dish on for 10 mins. When the cooking time ends, release the remainder pressure and open the load cooker lid. Transfer the whitebait inside a serving plate.
