Cod Chowder

    Prep time: ten mins | Cooking time: 35 minutes | Servings: 8 

    2 tablespoons fresh marjoram
    ​1 teaspoon salt 
    3 glasses of water 
    1 cup cream 
    1 onion 
    7 ounces eggplant
    ​1 carrot 
    7 ounces cod
    ​1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon butter
    ​3 tablespoons chives
    ​½ teaspoon nutmeg
    ​½ cup dill 
    2 ounces fresh ginger 


    Combine the river, cream, butter, and ground black pepper in a very bowl and mix well and stir. Pour the cream mixture to the stress cooker. Sprinkle the amalgamation with all the salt, chives, nutmeg, and fresh ginger. Peel the onion, eggplants, and carrot. Grate the carrot and place it into pressure to achieve success cooker. Dice the onion and chop the eggplant. Set pressure cooker to ”Sauté” mode. Add the cod along with the vegetables to pressure cooker. Sprinkle a mix with all the fresh marjoram. Chop the dill. Close pressure cooker lid and cook the dish on for 35 minutes. When the cooking time ends, release the rest of the pressure and open the worries cooker lid. Ladle the chowder into serving bowls and sprinkle the bowls with all the chopped dill. Serve the chowder hot.
