Carrot Puree

    Prep time: a quarter-hour |Cooking time: 25 minutes |Servings: 6

    5 medium carrots 
    ½ cup of water
    ​½ cup of orange juice 
    1 teaspoon butter 
    ½ teaspoon cinnamon 


    Wash the carrots and peel them. Slice the carrots and place them in the mixing bowl. Sprinkle the vegetables with cinnamon and mix well. Leave the mixture for ten mins to have the carrot juice. Transfer a mixture with all the liquid in pressure to achieve success cooker. Add water and orange juice. Close the lid, and pressure to have success cooker mode to ”Sauté.” Cook for 25 minutes or prior on the carrots are soft. Let the carrots rest briefly and transfer the amalgamation in your blender. Blend well until smooth. Add butter and stir. Serve the carrot puree warm.
